Placing your order online:
After placing your order online, your order will be shipped within one week. During statuary holidays, orders may take longer therefore please allow extra time for delivery. You will receive shipping confirmation e-mail when the products have been shipped. On the day your order is shipped, an e-mail containing your tracking number will be sent to you.
When determining shipping times, the day your items ship is not counted as a shipping day. If you need your order by a specific date, please allow for arrival a few days before your celebration or event. Once your order is placed, we cannot change the shipping option for you.
Can I also place orders over the phone?
We prefer all orders to be placed on-line using our website, but should you feel more comfortable speaking to a customer service representative, please call us at 416-728-1316. |
| Special Delivery Orders: |
In order for Pawganics to guarantee the safe arrival of our soft baked goods, Pawganics will deliver your order directly to your door in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) area ONLY! Door to door delivery applies only to Pawganics Organic Soft Treats such as Pawganics birthday cakes, cupcakes, and brownies, and specialized Organic Pet Treats indicated as requiring immediate refrigeration. Delivery charges will apply. Delivery by other postal methods will not guarantee the safe arrival of Pawganics softer baking products.
Please consider the following when determining your shipping needs if you need your order by a specific date, please allow for arrival a few days before your celebration or event! |

Where do you ship and what does it cost?
Currently we only ship products within Canada and the United States. Most products will be shipped next business day from the date of purchase. Shipping time is usually 5-6 business days but expedited shipping is available upon request.
Tracking your Order:
For more information regarding your order while it is in transit to you, please contact the selected carrier with the tracking number. Go to the tracking page to see where your order is, you must have your tracking number.

Orders must be placed by 9:00 AM (EST) to ship same business day, orders placed after 9:00 AM (EST) will ship the following business day Monday-Friday. We use Fed Ex International services to the United States. When ordering from Pawganics you will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all import fees, levies, duties, taxes, and other applicable charges.

Pawganics accepts the following forms of payment for online orders: Paypal, or Pawganics eGift card certificates. Payments for online orders are 100% secure and processed securely through Paypal.com.
Pawganics will accept certified Canadian certified cheques or money orders from one of the 6 major Canadian banks (Royal Bank, CIBC, TD Canada Trust, Bank of Montreal, Scotia Bank, or National Bank).
Please note: Money orders from Post Offices will NOT be accepted.
