What is the shelf life of Pawganics Organics Pet Treats and how should the treats be stored? Just like your local bakery, Pawganics bakes your organic pet treats fresh to give you the best quality product upon arrival to your home. Pawganics Organics Pet Treats do not require refrigeration, however we recommend refrigerating or placing them in a sealed container to increase the shelf life. For general storage, a good "rule of thumb" is to store Pawganics Organics Pet Treats as you would your fresh baked cookies from your local bakery. The shelf life for Pawganics biscuits style treats is approximately 8 -12 weeks. For Pawganics organic soft treats such as birthday cakes, cupcakes, or brownies is approximately 3 weeks. You can freeze Pawganics Organics Pet Treats to extend their shelf life to up to several months. Please note: Pawganics organic soft treats such as Pawganics birthday cakes, Pawganics muffins, or Pawganics brownies, especially those that contain yogurt and/or carob, do not to leave these treats in high temperatures. Store these items in your refrigerate these items until 1 hour before you are ready to serve them to your pet. Do you use preservatives in your treats and are the ingredients safe for pets? All of our treats are baked fresh using wholesome organic ingredients with no added preservatives or additives. Pawganics Organic Pet Treats uses only quality fresh organic baking ingredients that are safe for your pet. Pawganics Organic Soft Treat decorations are made from carob and/or yogurt. Pawganics does NOT use chocolate as an ingredient in our organic pet treats. After I place an order, how long does it take to process my order and ship? After placing your order online, your order will generally be shipped within one week. You will receive a shipping tracking number and confirmation by email when the products have been shipped. Please keep your tracking number handy so you can anticipate the date of your shipments arrival. Special Delivery Orders: In order for Pawganics to guarantee the safe arrival of our soft baked goods, Pawganics will deliver your order directly to your door in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) area ONLY! Door to door delivery applies only to Pawganics Organic Soft Treats such as Pawganics birthday cakes, cupcakes, and brownies, and specialized Organic Pet Treats indicated as requiring immediate refrigeration. Delivery charges will apply. Delivery by other postal methods will not guarantee the safe arrival of Pawganics softer baking products. Can I personalize Pawganics Organic Pet Treats with my dog’s name? You can personalize a Pawganics birthday bone biscuit, Pawganics birthday cake, or brownies with your dog's name. There is no charge for this. Please indicate your pet’s name that you would like written on the biscuit in the comment section upon shopping cart checkout up to a maximum of ten letters. How many dogs will Pawganics birthday cakes serve? Our small birthday cake will serve up to 4 - 6 slices of cake. Our large birthday cake will serve up to 8 slices of cake. Pawganics birthday bone biscuit will serve up to 4 – 6 dogs. How far in advance should I order a Pawganics birthday cake or a Pawganics birthday bone for my dog's birthday? Depending on the date of your dog's birthday or party, please allow arrival a few days before your event or celebration. Pawganics birthday cakes, cup cakes, and brownies have a shelf life of 3 weeks. They can also be frozen, although not necessary, to preserve until your dog's big day! Does Pawganics have other celebration treats or products available? Pawganics is always working on the new organic treats, organic cakes, and other organics celebration products just for your pet!
